What and who to bring along to the appointment?

A parent, grand-parent, aunt/uncle, sibling or someone close who is able to reflect on the childhood of the person being assessed

Supporting documents
This may include school report cards, occupational/employment reports, and any medical, psychiatric or health reports that you think will help inform us with our diagnosis.

Childhood photographs/videos
Any nursery, school or family photographs/videos are useful for us to review as these can help to build a picture of the person’s behaviour in social situations from a young age.
